I have always been passionate about business and nonprofit work, volunteering at church since I was young. While studying Leadership & Organizational Management in university, I began to wonder: Why not combine the two? I didn’t see many people doing it, but I knew it was possible.

With a sharp eye for detail and a love for process, organization, and all things systems, I started my career as an Executive Assistant in the President’s Office of a major Canadian charity. There, I had the privilege of learning from incredible leaders, and my skills and passion only grew.

One theme kept surfacing: disorganized processes were limiting the capacity of already-stretched teams.

That’s what sparked the dream behind Rooted Consulting Co.—to equip nonprofits and small businesses with systems and structures that free up time, reduce stress, and help you reach exponentially more people with your mission. Because at the end of the day, it’s about maximizing impact where it matters most.
